'Adding Jewels' creative tip video
Adding jewels - or, in this case, adding hotfix Swarovski crystals, as demonstrated in our new Creative Tip video - is about expressing yourself, perhaps even embodying your creativity with that little bit of extra sparkle. Have you ever thought about what you mean by 'being creative'? Do you believe that being creative means coming up with new ideas? I have found myself thinking and believing that is so many a time. In this new short video, Eurynome, our featured Goddess of all things, offers another perspective. She says:
"As you know, in my creative process, all I did was do what needed to be done, like make it so I had a place to set my feet, or catch hold of what I had set in motion. In fact, as women we are creative in our core, for we create - give birth - to new human beings naturally, innately. Only just two versions, though: male or female. No original ideas there. And yet, each one is unlike any other - and it is in this most subtle of points that lies the secret to inherent feminine originality: the capacity for unique individual responses, the ability to consciously or unconsciously to add a sparkling jewel here and there to the whole - which is every bit as creative as the production of new ideas!"
