If, for any reason, any product does not meet your expectations, return it for an exchange, refund, replacement or credit of its purchase price.
100% Refund - Return any item for a 100% refund - a money-back, satisfaction guarantee. A credit will be applied to the credit card with which you purchased the item.
100% Replacement - If for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us so we can promptly send you a replacement. No shipping charges will be applied to damaged or incorrect item replacements.
100% Credit - Many customers choose the convenience of returning the item for a credit when no exchange or replacement is needed - you will receive a 100% credit on your account for the cost of the item.
100% Exchange - Simply return the item and choose another. You will either receive a credit or be asked to pay the difference.
The only exceptions are patterns and videos, whether downloaded or in hard copies. Unless they arrive to you in an unusable condition, all sales of these items are final.
For returns, all we ask is that returned items be unaltered, in original packaging and include the original invoice. Call us or e-mail us to let us know you are returning an item, or just include a note telling us whether you would like a refund, replacement, credit or exchange. Send returns via UPS, FedEx, Priority or First Class mail. We cannot, however, be held responsible for lost returned packages - so be sure to insure them or make them at least trackable. It's that easy!
